i am working on a nordmende TV
just finished replacing capacitors and setting up the picture
the speaker was eaten by mice and when i replaced it i noticed i had no sound, only a buzzing noise when there is white content on the picture
turning the fine tuning did not affect anything
so i discovered that the fine tuning mechanism was broken and i fixed it
but the problem is te previous guy who worked on the tv had gone and tweaked all the ferrite cores of he IF instead of fixing the fine tuninng mechanism
so now i can tune in a reasonable picture but the sound desnt work and if i turn the fine tuning to bring in the sound, i loose the picture..
i have repaired manyold vaccum tube tv's butnever had to do an alignment
is there an easy way that i can re-peak the sound IF?
i have a signal generator and an oscilloscope

Ich bin gerade mit dem Ersetzen der Kondensatoren und dem Einrichten des Bildes fertig
Der Lautsprecher wurde von Mäusen gefressen und als ich ihn austauschte, bemerkte ich, dass ich keinen Ton hatte, nur ein summendes Geräusch, wenn das Bild weißen Inhalt enthält
Das Drehen der Feinabstimmung hatte keine Auswirkungen
Also entdeckte ich, dass der Feinabstimmungsmechanismus defekt war und reparierte ihn
Aber das Problem ist, dass der vorherige Typ, der am Fernseher gearbeitet hat, alle Ferritkerne des ZF optimiert hat, anstatt den Feinabstimmungsmechanismus zu reparieren
Jetzt kann ich ein vernünftiges Bild einstellen, aber der Ton funktioniert nicht. Wenn ich die Feinabstimmung drehe, um den Ton einzubringen, verliere ich das Bild.
Ich habe viele alte Vakuumröhrenfernseher repariert, musste aber nie eine Ausrichtung vornehmen
Gibt es eine einfache Möglichkeit, den Sound ZF wieder zu spitzen?
Ich habe einen Signal-Generator und ein Oszilloskop
