what had to be done: completed stripping and painting of rusted chassis new electrolytics, capacitors and resistors wich were heavily water damaged stripping and cleaning the pcb boards new din sockets new power button cleaning of potentiometers new safety xy capacitor new quartet of el84 (2 of old valves had heater to cathode shorts) new hum pots exterior casing stripped and painted, i will pos pictures later all circuit was kept original el84s are working with 400v at the plate and a cathode resistor of 300ohms like the original so they dissipate massive amounts of heat i am thinking of adding 4 bias test points and 4 bias adjustment potentiomenters in parallel with the cathode resistor of each valve. Was musste getan werden: Abisolieren und Lackieren von verrosteten Fahrgestellen neue Elektrolyte, Kondensatoren und Widerstände, die stark wassergeschädigt waren Abisolieren und Reinigen der Leiterplatten neue DIN-Buchsen neuer Einschaltknopf Reinigung von Potentiometern neuer Sicherheits-xy-Kondensator neues Quartett von el84 (2 von alten Ventilen hatten Heizer zu Kathoden-Shorts) neue Hum-Töpfe Außengehäuse abisoliert und lackiert, ich werde später Bilder posieren Alle Schaltung wurde original gehalten el84s arbeiten mit 400V an der Platte und einem Kathodenwiderstand von 300 Ohm wie das Original, so dass sie große Mengen Wärme abgeben Ich denke daran, 4 Bias-Testpunkte und 4 Bias-Einstellpotentiometer parallel zum Kathodenwiderstand jedes Ventils hinzuzufügen. |
