Check / disconnect C41.

C44 could be faulty - you could try to change it with a normal cap. The third leg is just a shield to reduce hum.

Hi, C41 is O.K..I have replacemend C44 ,C46 and C209. only I couldn't replacement C2( paper capacitor) because it is 50pf and I haven't this smaller capacitor.but there is very low sound still.

Hi,
C2 is not point of interest because this is not next to EABC80 / EL41. Please check:

1. How about C47 ?
2. Is the speaker itself ok ? Could you check with another speaker if the sound level is higher ?

The problem is somwhere next to EABC80 / EL41 becuase the problem stays if you connect exernal sound source to TA in TA-Mode.
