Hello,
the replacement of a ECL86 by other tubes is not possible or needs to much changes in the radio. There are many internet shops where you can buy new ECL86 for medium prices.
The only other tube which is possible, is the PCL86 from old TV instead of a ECL86, but for the PCL86 you need nearly 16 volts for the filament (ECL86 has a 6,3 volt filament).
Best regards,
Roland

Hello inecik,
here you can order an ECL86:
http://stores.shop.ebay.de/TubeProfi-Sh ... mit=Finden
It's rather expensive, but it seems that the tube is new (NOS).
Greetings

Hi,
you can try voltage-doubling (DC from AC) as described here:
http://www.b-kainka.de/bastel89.htm
Burkhard shows on the bottom of his story how to make 50 Volts DC from 24 Volts AC. This will work with 6,3 to about 14 Volts as well. You will only need two diodes and two caps.
Best Regards,
Jean

Hello inecik
you can use also a small additional transformer, with secondary 12V 0.3A , this will work for heating the PCL86. Disconnect the 2 pins No. 4 and No. 5
from the 6.3V heating circuit, and connect 12V to the pins. Do not forget to connect one pin of the 12V to ground. Thats it.
